Share Email Opening Title Video Teleconference Support Specialist  Location Walter Reed National Military Medical Center   Address 8901 Rockville Pike   City Bethesda   State and Postal Code MD 20889   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description The qualified candidate shall provide Video Teleconference Support, displaying a high degree of knowledge managing hardware, software, scheduling, and session management. The qualified candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of support including, but not limited to: Installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of all VTC hardware and software Coordinate the connections between sites and scheduling VTC meetings as requested Provide end user training Prepare and maintain technical documentation Analyze current technologies and recommend system improvements; participate in the planning, design and implementation of any new VTC systems or modifications to existing systems Administer, manage, activate and perform routine monitoring of the various VTC systems Install, configure and test new system equipment as required Perform system backups on a routine scheduled basis Run scheduled and Ad-hoc reports as required Troubleshoot systems as issues arise, ensuring all problems are promptly resolved and all actions are documented as required Perform Asset Management duties related to VTC equipment   Position Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance is required. Ability to obtain certification requirements within six months to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, including CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, GSEC, CISSP, CASP, CISA, GCED, and GCIH A minimum of 2 years' experience setting up vtc meetings. The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. The ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to perform multi-tasking, prioritizes a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction Experience in Video hardware troubleshooting Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization Knowledge and experience with Desktop, Laptop, Windows OS and Mac iOS platforms and their AV capabilities and standards   Number of Openings 1   EOE Statement T and T Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
