Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will apply knowledge of client services to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Staff contacts customers via telephone on both inbound and outbound projects as frequently as necessary. Team members identify and overcome customer challenges within guidelines while providing maximum resolution potential with customers through good customer service techniques and knowledge of the clients’ products and services.
