Essential Functions: Conduct nursing assessments. Provide direct patient care services to program participants. Provides after hours emergency on-call telephone coverage to consumers and their families. Ensure the coordination and integration of nursing services with other client care services to optimize continuity of care for each consumer. Other Duties: Participates in team conferences with the multidisciplinary team Documents, timely and in accordance with program and regulatory standards, all services provided to participants both when on-site and when on after hours on call. SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: None   Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: RN licensed to practices in the State of New Jersey. Minimum of one year nursing experience. Knowledge of CIWA and COWS protocols. Must be comfortable with phlebotomy, performing routine blood work and UDS. Experience in Detox, Emergency, Cardiac, or Telemetry highly preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: NJ Registered Nurse License ~cb   Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt   Weekly Work Hours up to 19 hours   Proposed Salary up to $43/hour; $35 flat rate for after hours emergency on-call   Schedule TBD  This position is currently not accepting applications.
