Summary:

The IncredibleBank Concierge will act as a concierge for customers coming through digital channels focusing on providing high quality interactions primarily through phone, online chat, or email communications. The IncredibleBank Concierge will educate customers about bank sales and service delivery options and refer the appropriate products and services matching the customer's needs. They will be responsible for preparing and compiling customer information to open new accounts and complete file maintenance tasks accurately. This role requires an individual who has a sales mindset and is tech savvy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Customer Concierge

  • Acts as a concierge for consumer and business deposit customers, which includes taking applications and cross selling other products.
  • Facilitates the onboarding of digital customers and educates on product offering and online/mobile features.
  • Displays understanding of treasury and online cash management products and services.
  • Translates client needs into marketable product features.
  • Assists with components of client readiness, and colleague readiness (pre-launch activities which require participation from multiple stakeholders - Sales, Implementation, Client Services, Business Services, Marketing, etc.)

Digital Ambassador

  • Demonstrate support for innovation and organizational changes needed or implemented to improve the organization's effectiveness (initiating, sponsoring, and implementing organizational change). Helps other to successfully manage and/or accept organizational change.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of departmental and bank-wide strategic initiative projects to enhance the customer experience.
  • Recommend improvements to digital operations policies and procedures to continually drive company to higher standards of service delivery.
  • Demonstrating cultural sensitivity given digital tools may be viewed differently from others in more traditional parts of the business.
  • Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.
  • Works and demonstrates an understanding of the operational and service sides of the business, as well as markets and financials.
  • Ability to engage other employees from different business units (National Lending, Mortgage, and Business Banking, etc.) to meet corporate objectives.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within a large organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle
  • Proven ability to translate business needs for the benefit of Sales and our clients

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
