The Visitor Services Associate is a member of the Public Access team responsible for delivering a quality experience and outstanding customer service to the more than 100,000 visitors of every age and background to Taliesin West each year. Greet guests, check in reservations, handle cash using the POS system, help to encourage guests to become members, ensure tours depart timely, and follow proper cash-handling procedures. Acquires and maintains general knowledge of Frank Lloyd Wright's life and work to function as an informed and intelligent representative for the Foundation.
