Email Opening Title Sr. Director of Human Rescources   Position Sr. Director of Human Rescources   Location Sage Dental - Support Center (Boca Raton), Florida   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Number of Openings 1   Description Position Summary: This is a fulltime exempt level position reporting to the ­­­­­­­­­­­Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer and will be based in our Support Center in Boca Raton. We are looking for a strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. The Sr. Director/Director develops policy and directs the Human Resources Team as the leader of Recruitment, Benefits, Training, Payroll and Employee Relations. The Sr. Director/ Director is a trusted advisor and business partner to Executives and their respective management teams advising them on HR issues relevant to their organizational objectives and working with them to implement HR programs, which the Director plays a key role in developing.   Position Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required and Master's degree preferred; Minimum 10 to 15 years broad-based HR experience, ten of which must be at the management level. < > Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus. Influential communicator who can build strong team bonds and generate commitment and enthusiasm in the workplace. Must be tactical and strategic; willing to roll-up sleeves to get the job done.
