Description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for consumer billing and assisting with general clerical duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Collects, counts and disburses money
  2. Responsible for maintaining consumer billing; does basic bookkeeping and completes banking transactions
  3. Researches and maintains consumer insurance information, as needed
  4. Responsible for fee collections and payments
  5. Keeps accurate records of consumer funds and petty cash
  6. Assist with consumer account reconciliation and petty cash disbursement
  7. Completes data entry for consumer billing
  8. Maintain, monitor and update consumer records
  9. Assists with in-house building maintenance work orders
  10. Assists with receptionist duties (i.e., answering phones, greeting customers)
  11. Performs other clerical duties (i.e., typing, filing, distributing mail, providing information, etc.)
 
Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of office practices and procedures. Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and other computer applications. Ability to perform basic bookkeeping functions. Effective oral and written communication skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED + 2 years cash handling experience. Proficient in word processing. Ability to pass skills tests.

Proposed Salary $24,827 yearly  
Schedule M-F: 8:30am to 4:30pm
