Share Email Opening Title Marketing Coordinator  Category Marketing   Description Summary: This position will assist the Marketing Manager in the day to day functions of the marketing department. It will also play a key role in content writing, working with mailing lists for accuracy, proofing and supervising social media content. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Daily assistance with marketing layout in Kadince system Ability to think creatively, and to contribute new strategic marketing ideas Develop, create and update social media strategy and content, as well as monitor industry-related social media, forums and online reviews Daily assistance with sponsorship approvals Event Planning: post events on company calendar, communicate events company wide, and registering for community events Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, copy writing and editing Assist with accounts payable approval Organization of mailing list Coordinating in branch ordering Assist in list development for targeted marketing campaigns Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.
