Our Team:
The Director, Web Product Development oversees all aspects of the SAN Website. While working with developers on functionality, this position also entails collaborating with content & design, frontend developers on site assets, with a goal to convert visitors into buyers. More recently, this role has taken over management of a contractor who is responsible for sending emails of segmented audiences to the site. This position also will collaborate with entities to best position emails for conversion.
What you will be doing:
- UX/UI knowledge with ability to communicate how the Stop Aging Now website can benefit by the introduction of changes to better user engagement
- Analytics and Reporting wherewithal plus the ability to aggregate results, compare and contrast variances, monitoring website traffic and behaviors, and communicate pain points to result in plans to overcome them
- Adeptness of overall functionality and the knowledge of how best to relay needs to Developers, plus having hands-on ability to test and discern if bugs may remain
- Ownership of all facets of the Website, including merchandising and promotional aspects, updated content, plus working with internal teams to execute across homepage and all other pages
- Conceptualize and subsequently report on elements that can be tested to further increase conversion
- Directing and decision-making across myriad emails that deliver audiences to the site, to include working with a direct report to segment, test elements and offers - all geared at maximizing conversion
What you bring to the team:
- 4-year degree required with additional education and specialization welcome
- Technical web-related background with experience in troubleshooting and communicating improvements
- Google Analytics and strong results reporting, including experience with A/B Testing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Website and/or varied Digital Marketing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters Degree or Certificate in Marketing or Web/Technical areas
- Google Analytics Certification
- Concentrated training in any aspect of Website Development plus UX/UI
- Project Management Certification (PMI)
