Associate will maintain, trouble-shoot, repair, and restore all plant equipment and buildings, and fabricate components and machinery as required. Be responsible for adequate and timely data entry into business Maintenance software. Associate will be trained in all areas of production to provide knowledge of the entire process and must perform all job requirements in a safe and efficient manner. Associate will be required to provide their own tool set. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School Diploma 2 years’ maintenance experience in an industrial setting required or completion of an apprenticeship program or technical school program Basic computer skills Strong problem-solving skills Experience in scheduling, planning and coordination of maintenance activities/schedules Mobile equipment operation skills Understanding of all production processes and equipment flows and the order in they are performed Millwright certification a plus Welding certification a plus Flexibility to adjust hours/schedule based on plant needs Related terms: Plant Mechanic, maintenance technician, millwright, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs   Physical Abilities Must pass toxicity test, ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection.   Travel Rarely   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
