This position is responsible for some or all of the following areas: recruiting and staffing, associate relations, new hire orientation, HRIS administration, general benefit questions, and participating on cross-functional teams as needed. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred Minimum of 3 years' HR experience Ability to speak fluently in English and Spanish Experience in leading change management initiatives Strong coaching and influencing skills Ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships at the facilities, across BMC and in the local community. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and communication skills. Effective listening skills Experience in issue resolution and employee relations Experience in Talent and Performance Management Strong sourcing, recruiting and staffing capabilities Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, manages multiple priorities, assess HR implications and manage details Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
