Responsibilities Carry out pre-planned event assignments to ensure the desired results of each event, including, but not limited to pre and post-game events, private events, and any related event at the ballpark. Troubleshoot POS register/inventory system and assist with maintaining product database. Fulfill online merchandise orders and manage online store, including uploading of new items as they arrive. Stock and inventory team store. Assist with room configurations and event setups. Assist with scheduling, oversight, and coordinating of game day employees. Ensure all areas of the stadium are cleaned, maintained, and in order before each game or other event. Assist in the creation of yearly, monthly and daily stadium project lists. Support with storage/warehouse projects as directed. Assist with shipping and receiving packages through WTS Web Tracking software. Order supplies and materials for maintenance programs within budget guidelines; receive and maintain supplies. Assist with other duties as assigned by Florida Operations staff.   Position Requirements Required: Bachelor’s Degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Driver’s license. Desired: Previous experience working in collegiate athletics, minor league or major league sports, particularly in baseball. Fluent in Spanish.
