Philabundance is seeking a creative and energetic professional to work closely with the public and coordinate third-party events in support of our mission. In this role you will report to the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships to oversees $1M+ in partnership dollars to identify develop and manage cause-related marketing, expand on current Philabundance event offerings, and maximize ROI with crucial organizational partnerships. This is a terrific opportunity for anyone who has been assisting with event coordination activities and is ready to become a full-time Associate for Community Fundraising.
Strengthens relationships with third-party event coordinators to encourage them to increase their fundraising efforts in support of our mission
Oversees complex marketing partnerships which include PR events, press conferences, check presentations, community events and speaking engagements
Grows Philabundance signature events, including community, fundraising/cultivation and volunteer events
Establishes third-party events best practices for both Philabundance/third-party events and drives implementation
Tracks and evaluates all Philabundance events
Creates efficiencies to streamline low dollar events
Manages vendors, volunteers, and in-kind donation relationships to strengthen event budgets
Coordinates Community Engagement Volunteers and helps maintain customer service best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
4 year degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, event planning
3 years fundraising, marketing or promotions experience
Computer skills:Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Microsoft Power Point
Driver’s License Required
