Work will consist of remote and onsite projects at Allen Corporation customers throughout North America. Allen Corporation is a Gold Intel Security Solution Provider and an Intel Security Innovation Alliance (SIA) Technology Partner. Allen is highly-regarded for its technical expertise with Intel Security's McAfee products, and has provided architecture, design, deployment, and operations services in large, complex enterprise and critical infrastructure networks. Since 2006, Intel Security's Professional Services Group has utilized Allen on McAfee services engagements throughout the United States and Canada. Intel Security regularly conducts an evaluation of all of its professional services partners. Allen Corporation was the only partner rated Exceptional every quarter in 2014, and was ranked first in quality of services provided for the entire year. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Perform McAfee product implementations, optimization, and knowledge transfer for customers throughout the US (primary) and Canada (secondary). o Product implementations will primarily be done on customer premises. o Engagements usually last from one to three weeks. o Extensive travel is required - 75% + is typical. • Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • Proven experience in implementation, upgrades, optimization, and conducting health checks for a wide range of McAfee products, using best practices • Strong troubleshooting skills and instinct as to when to involve additional resources (such as support) when encountering an issue. • Strong written and oral English communication skills. • Must perform well under pressure and have excellent consultative skills. • Must adhere to deadlines and requirements for project milestones and deliverables, including admin and documentation deliverables. o Pre-SOW calls (be prepared and on-time) o Contribute and review of technical portions of SOW for project manager o Pre-engagement calls with customer (be prepared and on-time) o Daily status reports o Engagement summary reports with findings and recommendations Required McAfee/Intel Product Experience: 4+ years of experience in Systems and Network Administration and Cyber Security. Hands-on implementation and operational experience with McAfee security solutions • ePolicy Orchestrator (required) • Virus Scan Enterprise (required) • Host Intrusion Prevention (required) And implementation and operational expertise in at least two or more of the following: • MOVE (McAfee Management for Optimized Virtual Environments – AntiVirus) * • Application Control/Change Control * • DLP for Endpoint and Network DLP * • Drive Encryption and File and Removable Media Protection * • McAfee Web Gateway * • SIEM * • Deep Command • Advanced Threat Defense/Threat Intelligence Exchange • Network Security Platform/Network Security Manager • Virus Scan Enterprise for Sharepoint (*highest priority) Intel/McAfee Services Specialization Certifications Desirable (pre-hire) and Required (post-hire): o Highest Priority – DLP and SIEM   Special Instructions   This position is currently not accepting applications.
