JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing guest service that result in sales, merchandise, promotions. Will cashier, replenish stock and arrange displays. Provide information on wildhorse Resort & Casino events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide with highest level of customer service, emphasizing courteous and knowledgeable assistance to each and everycustomer.
Promote customer satisfaction by using the customers name and preference whenever possible.
Greets and acknowledge guests in a pleasant manner.
Provide assistance to guests, including describing displayed and promotional items
.Accept payment for sales and operate cash register as directed, process payment of money, credit card, or other form of payment.
Responsible for staying current on all promotions to give accurate information to guests.
Maintain counter in an organized, safe and tidy manner and replenish supplies as needed.
Inform supervisor of supply needs and assist with stocking of new items/restocking of current.
Assist with maintaining an organized and appealing floor plan and displays.
Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy, bulky items onto shelving including overheads when changing displays or replenishing product.
Promote guest service by handling inquiries and requests, defer any conflicts to supervisor.
Ensure that operation of equipment, tools, and materials are handled in a safe manner.
Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
Promote a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests.
