Software Certification Analyst

The Software Certification Analyst will be responsible for certifying our solutions with various external partners. Job tasks will include daily communication with external partners, adding test cases to our script system, running through test scripts, pushing external partners for test results and providing results back to the Development team.

A successful candidate for this position will be able to effectively communicate with external partners and work with the Development team to resolve any reported issues. Additionally, the candidate must be able to effectively juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Position Requirements Essential Functions
• Gather certification requirements from external partners
• Document and execute external partner test cases and articulate test results
• Validate whether external partner requirements have been met
• Submit test cases to external partners and push for timely feedback.
• Provide external partner feedback to the Development team
• Suggest process improvements
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to remain organized but flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks and work under shifting deadlines
• Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Pleasant with others on the job, displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times, with the ability to properly handle sensitive materials concerning the organization
• Flexibility in a dynamically changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban is a plus

Education and Experience
• B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area, or a combination of training, education and experience demonstrating the ability to succeed in this position
• Experience in payment processing systems desired
