Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Supervisory or Lead experience, OR at least one year of Players Club experience.

2.Two (2) years of frontline guest service experience

3.High School Diploma or GED

4.Demonstrate effective computer literacy skills with Microsoft programs and database systems. 

5.Accurately and efficiently handle cash and/or prizes for promotions.

6.Requires strong math skills, cash handling and computing redemption.

7.Physically fit - able to stand and walk for long periods of time in a smoke filled noisy environment; able to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands and fingers.

8.Effective written communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.

9.Flexible scheduling and able to work weekends, shift work and holidays. 

10.Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.

11.Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance and at least 21 years of age.









 

 
Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supervising the operations of the Players Club on assigned shift. Directly responsible for scheduling and directing the work of the club staff and enforcing all policies and procedures. Assists in providing exceptional customer service to Players Club members, including communicating program features, assisting with membership registration and database entries.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.Ensure customer satisfaction and return visits through prompt, efficient and friendly service.

2.Resonsible for overseeing and maintaining the Player's Club operations on shift.

3.Will assist with supervision of staff, including hiring, scheduling, approving leave, conducting performance counselings and evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.

4.Administers and ensures all policies and procedures are followed by club staff.

5.Focus on strong guest service, through an accurate tracking of customer play and extend service amenities accordingly.

6.Handles guests disputes with membership amenities, point discrepancies, service issues, etc., promptly and cordially.

7.To develop club membership, communicates with casino operations, length of guest stay or play.

8.Enrolls new members/enters onto the database and issues Player Club cards and instructions.

9.Professionally and efficiently provides guest redemption awards as outlined.

10.Remains knowledgeable of casino programs, events, promotions, and guest services to provide an accurate release of information.

11.Participate in casino/club activities/events, by contributing to an exciting atmosphere when utilizing the PA system, with direct guest contact and in all dialogue promoting Wildhorse operations.

12.Maintains a clean and organized club area at all times.

13.Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.

14.Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to Casino Marketing Manager.

15.Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.

16.Accurately and efficiently handle cash and/or prizes for promotions.

17.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of any and all activity of guests and their accounts.

18.Other related duties as assigned.

 
Salary $13.00-$18.00 Hourly
