Share Email Opening Title Systems Engineer  Description We are looking for a highly motivated, solution oriented Systems Engineer who is passionate about problem-solving, customer collaboration and training, to join our engineering services team. As a full-time Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the sustained engineering, technical support, and field service efforts required to continue delivering industry-leading solutions and services to critical infrastructure customers. Travel to our customers’ facilities will be a responsibility for this position and includes solution implementation, system upgrades, advanced troubleshooting and repair, and end-user training. International travel may be required at times.The successful candidate must establish solid, close-working relationships with the validation, research and development, and inside sales teams, and members of the hardware and software engineering teams. What you'll be doing... Assist Information Systems Engineers on developing custom solution offerings as needed to support new OEM customer requirements and market needs. Support and provide backup coverage for Technical Support Specialist. Work with software and hardware vendors to provide solutions for specific problems with current products and components uncovered by both the customer base and other members of the engineering team. Support on-going maintenance and administration efforts of FoxGuard Solutions’ internal IT infrastructure. Perform inspections and sign-off on checklists, sign-off sheets, and other similar forms as part the organization’s quality assurance processes. Create and maintain product, process, and quality documentation related to FoxGuard Solutions business unit. Maintain technical understanding of current product set, including customer specific products. Maintain basic working knowledge of cyber-security tools and their capabilities. Participate in the continuous improvement process at FoxGuard Solutions. Validation support as necessary. Other duties as assigned. What you'll bring to the table...
