Share Email Opening Title Facilities Planning Technician   Description The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company which has a successful 30+ year history of providing the United States Military with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services, is seeking a Facilities Planning Technician in Camp Pendleton, CA. The Facility Planning Technician, supporting our Marine Corps Program Division, is responsible for the following: Coordinate space or facility requirements for modifications and new construction with users. Review and analyze rental or lease agreements, renewals, and extensions. Analyze space usage requests and requirements and recommend appropriate alternatives. Plan, coordinate, and implement furniture, office, or factory moves and develop new or unusual solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities and construction trades, as guided by the plan, schedule, and budget assigned. Define requirements, select approaches, and interface with all levels of management and outside contractors and vendors. Use computerized programs to analyze requirements and track the project, as needed.
