Provide expert support for resolving and troubleshooting advanced system issues. Serve as subject matter expert with regards to system administration of all production, test and development systems. Ensure appropriate and up-to-date documentation is maintained on all systems. Ensure appropriate daily, weekly, monthly and annual system reporting is created, reviewed and provided to management. Design, test, and assist with deployment of highly engineered technology system infrastructure solutions. Serve as liaison between managed hosting providers and RealFoundations customers and internal clients to resolve issues, design new solutions, and report on status of infrastructure. Assist team members with project work by functioning as an SME for systems. Backup junior system admins when needed. Work with Manager on developing new technology Solutions.   Category Managed Services   Location Dallas   Position System Admin   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information services or related field, or advanced certification in systems administration – MCSE/VCAP/VCIX/VCDX 7 years of experience in a large systems environment performing basic and intermediate system administration functions. Expert Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing and operation. Expert Knowledge of the following systems: Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory Administration, Office 365 Administration, Exchange Online Administration, Azure System Provisioning, Windows 7/8.x/10, DNS, TCP/IP, Backup Strategies, VMware VSphere, Hyper-V, Windows Group Policy, Basic SharePoint Online Administration, OneDrive for Business Administration, Storage Area Networks – iSCSI or Fiber Channel systems We are not accepting unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters were engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
