Share Email Opening Title Gaming/Hospitality  Position Gaming/Hospitality   Position Requirements JOB SUMMARY: This Hospitality/Gaming is an open log position that allows you to indicate experience, skills and abilities for 5 of our front line positions within WRC. This position is pre-screened and directed to those positions matching your qualification levels. When a position fill is requested, applicants are pulled and forwarded for hiring consideration. When selected, the applicant will be hired under the position title they qualify for. Applications are kept on file for 30 days. and will be considered for positions open during that time frame.   Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Hospitality positions deliver guest services including Slot Floor, Keno/Bingo workers, Players Club Hosts, Hotel Front Desk Associates and Cage Cashiers. Functions may include: 1. Provide cash services for guests, including making change, retrieval of tickets, and verify and assist with jackpot payouts. 2. Write keno tickets, run tickets between games, call games, payout winning tickets. 3. Promptly and accurately registers guests into hotel property management systems, and accepts payment as outlined by operational procedures. 4. Handles all incoming calls and inquiries whether directly or on the telephone, providing detailed and accurate information on the casino and resort. 5.
