Share Email Opening Title System Analysis  Location National Institutes of Health   Address 9000 Rockville Pike   City Bethesda   State and Postal Code MD 20892   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Experience creating Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation including: Requirements Traceability Matrix, Functional and Technical Design Specification Documents, Release Guides/Plans, Operations Manuals, System Configuration Manuals, and test scripts/reports. Ability to update SDLC documents and create any new artifacts related to Business Process Reengineering. Supports meetings including agendas, minutes, presentations, and white papers as needed Support Project Manager with software license maintenance. Maintain and support OpenText Livelink document management system; provide training on use of Livelink to users. Design workflows and other Livelink features to support users. Maintain system with periodic patches and system updates. Assist Project Manager with scanning paper documents into electronic files.   Position Requirements BS Degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience plus 5 years work experience.
