Document Coordinator 

Location Lansing, MI - Administration  
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Shift Days  


  • Update forms and upload to appropriate database.
  • Update and maintain policy, procedure, operational manuals.
  • Facilitate company newsletter content and production.
  • Facilitate and participate in document imaging process.
  • Produce graphic materials for internal and external use.
  • Participate in special projects (proposal production, recruiting and advertising design, etc.).
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements


  • Associates Degree with emphasis in business writing, or business processes.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in graphic design and/or imaging processes helpful.
  • Ability to create organized processes and methods
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to productively interact with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to process and evaluate confidential information and materials.
