The primary responsibilities of this position include: Provide general HR support to employees at all locations Recruit for our growing workforce Maintain the affirmative action plan and corresponding documentation and reporting Manage the HRIS system including all entry, data integrity and reporting Perform benefits administration including enrollment and change reporting, claims resolution, HSA administration and communicating benefits information to employees Administer and assist in the development of HR plans, procedures and policies Assist in the development of training programs Qualified candidates will possess: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field 1 – 5 years of HR experience Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus The ability to problem solve and handle multiple projects LaForce offers a competitive wage and strong benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401k and more!
