Use daily schedule to coordinate the unloading and storage of incoming ingredient oils, as well perform sanitation duties on the tank farm areas. Follow GMP's, SSOP's to ensure proper Food Safety procedures. Ensure that oil in rail cars is mixed and heated prior to unloading. Ensure that oil in trucks or rail cars is pumped to the correct tank. Maintain oil at the correct temperature. Maintain Tank Farm incoming ingredient schedule. Communicate missed or late appointments. Blend oils into a blend tank following oil blending procedures. Accurately inventory oils daily and report the inventory. Record all required information as daily tasks are performed, such as seal numbers. Sample rail cars, oil tankers, and tanks, as needed. Complete receiving documentation. Check seals to ensure that they are intact and the seal numbers match the Bill of Lading for the load. Keep organic oil equipment separate from other oils. Monitor tank levels and maintain temperature controls on all tanks and Silo Charts. Report temperature or chart issues. Complete all required paperwork, accurately and timely. Complete all housekeeping and sanitation duties as required. Monitor Tanker bay area. Make sure doors are closed according to policy. Report items that need repair to the Supervisor. Complete and attach UMI tags on equipment, as needed.

Position Requirements High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in railcar unloading or formulating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Must possess excellent math & reading skills. Good hand & eye coordination is required. Ability to climb ladders and to perform job duties without fear of heights. Must be able to multi-task to perform required daily duties. Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to identify and report any food safety and food security concerns.
