We are seeking a motivated, self-starting 'utility player' web developer with the ability to meet a multitude of business requirements through excellent web development solutions. This position works with internal customers to create web-based solutions on the corporate website as well as multiple internal SharePoint sites.

  • Work with the web strategy team to develop and implement web solutions on the corporate website. The scope includes everything website, such as form development, analytics coding, UI design, content management, CRM integration assistance, and more.
  • Assist with the design, implementation, administration, development, maintenance and support of the company SharePoint environment. Will work between corporate and subsidiary resources to set up sites using Host Site Name Collection design. Will also utilize business data connectivity services to link SharePoint to other business systems to provide a single site for data visibility.
  • Update and/or modify existing sites as well as create new sites and site templates as required by the organization.
  • Add or update page layouts as required by the organization.
  • Follow requirements for change management and configuration management.
  • Develop workflows using built-in SharePoint tools, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, as well as other potential third party tools.
  • Participate in multiple projects that may include implementation, issue resolution, testing and development.
  • Provide internal customer service, training and support to end users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering or similar

1-3 years equivalent experience

Experience with Intuitive ERP

Experience with SharePoint, Novell, Windows, Microsoft office products, PC hardware technologies, TCP/IP, IPX and internet connectivity, programming and database languages

Has advanced written and oral communication skills to make technical or non-technical material understandable to the business units and to conduct meetings or training sessions.

Working knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) required, experience with SiteFinity a plus.

Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or similar graphic editing tools.

Working knowledge of web technologies, HTML, CSS, UX design and responsive design required.

Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycle (SDLC) required.

Experience with integrated CRM technology, either Dynamics or SalesForce, preferred

Experience with video content management systems (e.g. Wistia) and content delivery networks (CNDs) a plus.

Knowledge of website SEO, web analytics – especially Google Analytics - a plus.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Due to federal contract obligations, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Does not have any supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions within the organization.

Physical Demands *

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
