Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering or similar 1-3 years equivalent experience Experience with Intuitive ERP Experience with SharePoint, Novell, Windows, Microsoft office products, PC hardware technologies, TCP/IP, IPX and internet connectivity, programming and database languages Has advanced written and oral communication skills to make technical or non-technical material understandable to the business units and to conduct meetings or training sessions. Working knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) required, experience with SiteFinity a plus. Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or similar graphic editing tools. Working knowledge of web technologies, HTML, CSS, UX design and responsive design required. Knowledge of all phases of system development life cycle (SDLC) required. Experience with integrated CRM technology, either Dynamics or SalesForce, preferred Experience with video content management systems (e.g. Wistia) and content delivery networks (CNDs) a plus. Knowledge of website SEO, web analytics – especially Google Analytics - a plus.
