This position will be based in Stafford, PA serving clients in the areas of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

• The BCBA assesses psychological and program needs of assigned individuals.
• Develops, assesses, oversees implements and monitors Behavior Support Plans(BSPs) of assigned
• Conducts appropriate assessments (including functional behavioral assessments and/or analyses) to
develop or modify BSPs, as well as determine the efficacy of each plan.
• Serves as a member of the individuals' Interdisciplinary Team.
• Trains staff in the necessary techniques so that plans can be correctly implemented.

Client Population: children and adolescents between the ages of two to 21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with the goal of treating the individual in his or her home, school and community.

Position Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in psychology, special education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required. Masters degree preferred.

Experience: Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBAs, and training staff also required. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
