Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Minimum of six (6) months restaurant experience within the past three years.

2.Effective communication skills: good auditory acuity, and able to verbally respond appropriately.

3.Demonstrate interpersonal skills and abilities that promote positive guest services.

4.Physically able to: stand or walk for long periods of time; perform routine bending and lifting of product up to 35lbs.; to perform repetitive motions of arms, hands, wrists, and fingers; and occasionally lift and maneuver up to 40lbs; to work in varied (hot, cold, smokey) environment.

5.Presents a professional demeanor through appearance and a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.

6.Must possess or obtain a food handler's certificate and an OLCC certificate within 30 days of employment.

7.Must pass a high security gaming license clearance and be at twenty one years of age.

 
Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for making sure bar service areas and inventories are maintained at all times. Ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness of pop stations and supplies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.Ensure guest service standards through prompt, efficient and friendly service.

2.Maintains inventory of pop station needs and promptly and efficiently stocks cups, lids, sugars, replenish coffee, ice and dry goods.

3.Insure that inventory items are stored/placed using FIFO systems.

4.Provides trash pickup and disposal of pop stations and service areas, including removing bags and replenishing bags, wiping down receptacles, and floor as needed.

5.Shall assist in the Sports Bar as business dictates.

6.Maintains a neat and clean station on continual basis.

7.Assists with maintaining pop room such as cleaning and organizing, changing out product when depleted.

8.Cleaning of coffee equipment and pop dispensers.

9.Shall assist with helping beverage servers in keeping the gaming floor free of trash.

10.Report any health standards or safety needs immediately to Supervisor.

11Keep Supervisor apprised of operational concerns including recipes, inventory, and supply needs.

12.Adhere to company policies, regulatory laws, codes, and department procedures.

13.Promote internal guest service standards with courteous and respectful behavior with co-workers.

14.Performs other duties as assigned.

 
Salary $10.00-$13.00 Hourly
