About the Job

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for securing maintenance, refurbishment, avionics, paint and engine work for the DAS (Dassault Aircraft Services) facilities located at Little Rock, AR, Wilmington, DE, and Reno, NV. This position will support the Great Lakes region.

Responsibilities
• Initiate, develop and maintain a successful business and personal relationship with each customer
• Develop a sales plan that ensures each customer in the sales rep’s territory is visited every quarter
• Negotiate all sales agreements in a fair and equitable manner while maximizing profit potential for DAS
• Act as the customer's advocate while maintaining a balance between customer and sales rep
• Conduct sales presentations to professional organizations within sales territory
• Participate in national sales events (ie. M & O, NBAA, PAMA, etc.) as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
• Prepare and submit travel and expense reports as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
• Maintain excellent lines of communication with all members of the DAS Sales Team and operational personnel at Little Rock and Wilmington
• Actively assist Midway Aerospace, A-PRO and Dassault Aircraft Spares in achieving their sales objectives
• Provide assistance as necessary to the new and used aircraft sales department
• Facilitate the adjudication of warranty claims and obligations as a result of the new aircraft completion process
• Accurately gather all the appropriate technical data and submit this information to the Quotation Department
Required Qualifications
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate required
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in aircraft service sales
• Self-motivated, industrious and effective at building successful customer relationships
• College graduate with emphasis in an aviation related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Pro Suite, Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Proficient customer resource management (CRM) skills (i.e., Siebel)
• Ability to travel 70% of the time
