Sr. Account Executive

Our Opportunity

The Fundraising division, located in Plymouth, MA, is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive (Client Services) who will be responsible for executing fundraising campaigns for clients by planning, coordinating, directing and independently managing all aspects of each project.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate and assist the Relationship Managers with the development of integrated strategies for fundraising clients

  • Independently manage all programs, including mail and email, for a wide range of account sizes, with varying levels of complexity

  • Communicate all production elements to design team, copywriters, and proofreaders; manage all changes and operate within approved budgets and timelines; present final concepts to clients.

  • Communicate print requirements and specifications to print buyer; collaborate with print buyer from initial quoting through final approval and production

  • Communicate with mail shop all program specifications, including data processing instructions and scheduling

  • Implement strict quality control guidelines for all programs including final print material, data processing, live laser proofs, and finishing; ensure all are within USPS regulations

  • Manage budgets for all projects, review and approve vendor invoices, and submit to Accounting

  • Limited travel required as needed

  • Assumes additional responsibilities as required

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university
  • Minimum 3-5 years' related experience in an advertisting agency or lettershop setting
  • Must have excellent project management skills
  • Extensive knowledge in print processing, data processing, lettershop, and postal requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work individually and well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Fluent with Microsoft Word and Excel
