Director of Hotel Operations 

Description SUMMARY
Reporting to the General Managers, this hospitality management position oversees and is responsible for all aspects of hotel administration and operations, including working with the various department leaders to achieve revenue and annual, or long-term financial goals. Manage, train, analyze and/or collaborate with F&B, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, HR, Marketing, Gaming Operations and Resort Sales to generate strategies and achieve revenue generation objectives, guest & associate engagement, customer satisfaction and retention/loyalty programs, all with the goal of producing an annual return on investment. Ensure implementation of brand initiatives with the objective of meeting/exceeding guest expectations, resulting in increased guest loyalty, profitability and competitive market share. Monitor workflow and performance; evaluate and achieve annual budget, developing marketing promotions, and establishing capital expenditure plans; setting goals and Best Practices to successfully satisfy overall requirements within the framework of all MCNC Company Policies and Procedures.

 
Position Requirements EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Hotel Administration; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE
5-8+ years Hotel Operations in a progressive managerial position, with proven leadership abilities in Resort, or Hotel Management, and demonstrated financial and business acumen in a gaming/hotel management position through pre-opening and opening experience. Managerial success in: hotel services, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, employee performance, presentation and financial reporting skills, and P&L oversight of operations. Active professional involvement with the sales strategy/process with an emphasis in branding and positioning of the hotel as a destination and/or locals' loyalty gaming resort. Proven abilities as a visible, proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage and engage staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to partner, align and collaborate with key internal partners to leverage all of Creek Nation Casinos internal resources.
 
Gaming License Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.
