Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. The ASM is a key member of the store leadership team. They are responsible for providing leadership, development and coaching to the members of their sales team. They also work closely with their Store Manager to drive overall profitability of their store location, and manage all operations and assets. The Assistant Manager has a strong presence in interacting with customers to solve problem issues, assisting in the sales process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Job Requirements:
1-2 years of management experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
Willingness and ability to relocate to any store within in their assigned market.
Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicates and generally interacts with people in a positive way. Professional, energetic and positive attitude Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility.
Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word) Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation Completed High school diploma/GED.
