Our Opportunity

Our Plymouth, MA office is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive (Relationship Management). The Senior Account Executive Plans, directs, coordinates and manages fundraising campaigns for clients of the agency by performing the following duties personally. Independently responsible for management of a portfolio of fundraising clients. Additionally, working with the President of Fundraising, and VP of Fundraising (as assigned), implements tactics, compiles and analyzes results, and works with senior level staff to make recommendations for future fundraising efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily client contact associated with all assigned clients.
  • With support of President and VP of Fundraising, provides strategic recommendations for a portfolio of project-based PTV clients. Ensures fundraising efforts are in alignment with clients’ budgets and of a sufficient margin for the company. Analyzes data in order to make recommendations for future program improvement.
  • Independently responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of: Job Submits, copy decks, campaign results reports and analysis, End of Month Reporting packages, ad hoc reports, meeting notes, and strategy documents.
  • Provides for ongoing management of campaigns, program tracking and analysis.
  • Assists in preparation of proposals, and participate in presentations to clients and prospects as needed.
  • Actively participates on the Fundraising Team by contributing to corporate initiatives such as, but not limited to: development of new packages/products, Peer Group meetings, staff training, DMW Direct self promotion and marketing initiatives, and other opportunities as they present themselves. Fully participates in conferences and other industry events.
  • Maintains a service-oriented attitude, with the goal of delighting the client.
  • Constantly seeks ways to meet clients’ needs through the services offered by DMW Direct.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments and trends in direct marketing, fundraising and public media.
  • Occasional travel required as needed.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

  • 3 – 5 years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to generate respect from peers.
  • Must be able to work individually as well as collaborative, team player who enjoys working with and as a part of a larger team.
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the agency and contributes to the positive work environment.
