•Must have or pursuing an associate's degree in Electromechanical Technology, Automotive Technology, Electronics degree or related field with applicable experience.
•Must have the ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams along with a good knowledge of basic electricity and good mechanical aptitude.
•Must have basic computer skills, be able to interpret schematics, bill of material and layout drawings.
•Must be aggressive self-starter with a positive attitude and has demonstrated leadership skills.
•Must possess very good communication skills to communicate effectively in a team environment.
•Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities beyond manufacturing and demonstrate employee involvement.
•Must cross train into other areas.
•Knowledge of welding processes and small engines is a plus.
•Required to stand 8-12 hours as necessary for production. Required to work in exposure to noise, vibration, and engine fuels, with proper PPE as provided.
•Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
•Must be willing to work flexible shifts and overtime with fluctuation in customer demand.
