Talent Acquisition Associate 

Description

In this role, you should expect

  • Develop strong working relationships with team leaders & HR partners to plan the strategy to attract, recruit and retain the right high quality talent for our career opportunities
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting for full-time and internship positions
  • Make connections with students, alumni, and key contacts at universities across the U.S., and make recommendations on which to pursue (approximately 25% travel required)
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of viable candidates
  • Assist in immigration matters in regards to the recruitment process
  • Research and make recommendations on which career fairs to attend
  • Serve as a Vectorworks ambassador at career fairs and industry events
  • Work with our marketing department to create collateral and displays for various recruitment events
  • Assist in applicant tracking and human resources information systems management
  • Assist in onboarding new team members
  • Support the HR & Operations team in fulfilling department initiatives

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of recruiting, talent sourcing, and talent selection experience
  • A working knowledge of human resources practices, laws, and regulations

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to think outside the box when developing recruitment strategies
  • The drive to overcome recruitment challenges
  • The ability to establish and sustain meaningful working relationships
  • A professional, but approachable demeanor
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • A team player, results oriented, and self-motivated approach
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, PHR or SHRM-CP Certification or the desire to obtain certification
