The Lead Sales Associate enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. They will be responsible for their individual sales and quota while providing an exceptional customer experience for all customers in their store location. The Lead Sales Associate is an example of the 'ideal' retail sales associate and is a peer coach to ensure storewide success. The Lead Sales Associate is a team player who leads in results, shares best practices, and fosters an environment where customers are the top priority.
Set the example of sales associate behavior by exceeding their personal quota and modeling customer service excellence in their interactions with customers.
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
Peer coach and develop the sales representative team to consistently deliver Wireless Vision's mission and values.
Assist with all store opening and closing responsibilities.
Assist in maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards.
Lead outbound sales, through ongoing efforts as small business sales initiatives, as well as outbound calling campaigns during key promotions and customer follow up timelines.
Ensure customers have the right solution and customer onboarding experience to reduce deactivations and build a strong customer base over time.
Follow procedures with all asset handling and customer privacy requirements to ensure store location is in audit compliance
Support newly hired associates as a peer mentor to ensure consistency of sales experience in store.
At least 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
Professional, energetic and positive attitude
Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation
Completed High school diploma/GED
Working knowledge of cellular/paging/PCS/advanced wireless communication preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish as well as English preferred
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
