Description

Coordinates and executes Sales Incentives and Client Promotions for all Sales Divisions. Requires direct interaction will Sr. Executive Leadership for all divisions. Requires ability to work cross organizationally with Commissions, Finance, Marketing and Operations.

  • Develop, coordinate and execute Sales Incentives and Client Promotions for all Sales Divisions. Requires direct interaction will Sr. Executive Leadership for all divisions. Requires ability to work cross organizationally with Commissions, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
  • Track, monitor and provide reporting on Incentives and promotions. Monitors sales recognition programs for field and provides feedback to Sales Vice Presidents. Support process to create field communications for incentives, write up ICOMMs for Operations, and provide PACO Programming Requirements as needed.
  • Conducts Market Research and develops concise data summaries i.e., competitive analysis documentation to create effective client promotions.
  • Design, implement and provide training and documentation for new solutions, as needed by the sales organization.
  • Provide technical support in specific PC software/system applications to the sales organization. May include publishing to the sales intranet.
  • Provide design direction and coordination during the requirement gathering phase of new sales projects, based on experience and knowledge of the sales systems identified.
  • Through identification and review, suggest to Corp. Sales Manager improved system and procedural enhancements that will increase efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of the department and/or the sales organization.
  • Create ad hoc reports as required by the field and/or sales management.

 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Information Systems.
  • 4 year of of relevant experience (commissions, compensation, direct sales, sales operations or sales support) is required.
  • Data manipulation, interpretation, process improvement, and problem solving skills required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Salesforce and Sharepoint experience/skills are preferred.
