Due to tremendous growth, we are looking to add a Marketing Manager responsible for delivering our marketing goals through effectively managing marketing, branding and creative for all channels, PR, events, sales engagement and all content.



  • Update the company’s brand plan and messaging, including brand positioning statement, brand attributes, brand promise, and key messages by audience.
  • Activate the brand by creating content for web pages, advertisements, print and digital materials, email, and video.
  • Work with OEM partners to develop co-branded initiatives in potentially all areas of activation.

Sales Engagement:

  • Deliver sales enablement and engagement strategies including customer focused webinars, up-to-date product and service line cards, and customer success case-studies.
  • Grow a quality client base through the development and implementation of acquisition, retention and loyalty programs.
  • Partner with sales to develop and deliver supporting materials for targeted campaigns, including sales leave behinds, corporate overviews, and customer presentations.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute overarching customer contact strategy focusing on the use of email marketing.
  • Develop email plan for transactional business, new customer onboarding, converting potential customers (e.g., abandon cart emails), promotional campaigns for increased cart size, order frequency, and customer retention, and educational content for increased customer engagement.
  • Ensure proper personalization of email messages and standardization of template and brand messaging.
  • Automate email program leveraging Bronto marketing program and NetSuite CRM/ERP.

Online Content:

  • Create and feature solutions, services, and product content relevant to our target audience.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar and workflows to ensure appropriate content is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns.

Direct Marketing:

  • Devise direct marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to specific audiences based on lead scoring.
  • Establish criteria to qualify leads and maintain lead database, ensuring all leads are qualified.
  • Measure success of direct marketing campaigns based on key performance indicators and overall return on investment.
Position Requirements


  • 4+ years of marketing, brand or business development management experience
  • 2+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM
  • An ability to drive ideas to completion in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A college degree is required; relevant advanced education a plus
