This technical role will work closely with IT, other Enterprise Data and Analytics capabilities, broader business team(s), and 3rd party partners to manage and develop Embrace Home Loans' CRM (Salesforce) environment as strategic capabilities.
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. This is a senior level technical position who will mentor and work with other junior level administrators in performing updates, implement customizations, and helping to guide decisions for architecting the best technical approach and solutions for solving business issues, such as determining whether adoption by EHL users is best supported by customizations achieved through SF configuration, custom development or acquisition and integration with commercially available solutions in the marketplace.
The successful Candidate will have direct technical experience in CRM, particularly Salesforce. He/she will have direct appreciation for CRM applications in sales, marketing and customer service.
