Ensure operational effectiveness, quality, compliance, and competitiveness of team developed cost proposals Required Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel; Knowledge of ERP financial, project system software; Detail oriented with strong analytical skills; Working knowledge of the proposal delivery lifecycle and federal government procurement procedures; Experience handling CP, FFP and T&M programs; Exceptional reliability including adjustable work schedule in effort of meeting deadlines; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience: B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline, OR equivalent work experience; AND Five (5) years hands-on experience supporting contracts under Federal government agencies and departments; Experience with the project life cycle and business processes for federal government projects.
