Category Administration  

This position is responsible for cultivating and developing a pipeline of highly talented IT professionals to join our organization. Will develop creative recruiting strategies using social media, networking and other relevant techniques. This position will perform full life-cycle recruiting in a dynamic, highly responsive, quick turnaround government contracting environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development, Program Managers and other recruiters to assist in developing content and staffing models for proposals/bids and consulting on resource allocation and underutilization. Accurate admin of an applicant tracking system, accurate pipeline reporting and department metrics are also required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and full life cycle recruiting to hiring managers across business units

  • Consistently and openly communicate with managers to determine current and future workforce planning needs

  • Source resumes, pre-screens job candidates and coordinates interviews with hiring managers through completion of hire.

  • Comply with Federal government contracting compliance regulations and communicate the same through training sessions, both formal and informal, with Program Managers and interview teams.

  • Collaborate with Business Development, other recruiters on government issued RFPs, contract renewals and other responses

  • Develop and maintain relationships with third party staffing partners

Position Requirements
  • Possess exceptional oral/written communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Must be deadline driven with ability to produce quality candidates with a short turnaround
  • Highly effective social media and internet search engine techniques to source passive candidates
  • Must be extremely well organized with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Company
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office, web-based search engines, and electronic recruiting tools
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast paced, result-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Ascentis or similar applicant tracking system
  • Requires a minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Recruiting experience in the Federal/DoD contracting industry is desire
