Description

Under the general direction of the Manager of Compensation, plans, coordinates, and administers compensation programs including job evaluation, salary administration, and stock options to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compensation function.

  • Develops, recommends and provides guidance to leaders regarding the administration of compensation policies which includes pay recommendations, incentive plans, equity and stock compensation, total rewards, and organizational structure.
  • Creates and updates existing job descriptions to ensure duties are measurable and are an accurate reflection of responsibilities, market value, pay mix, FLSA classification, and organizational fit.
  • Develops and recommends new or revised incentive plans to meet business objectives, and budgetary constraints.
  • Participates in HR Projects and acts as a Compensation subject matter expert in order to implement new services and/or processes for the organization.
  • Establishes and maintains internal partnerships with HRBPs, finance personnel, managers, and Sr. Leadership that are required for the development and administration of compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate vendor and/or outside company contacts that are required for the administration of established compensation programs and research studies.
  • Reviews and participates in compensation surveys to determine external market trends. Continually reviews and adjusts survey matches to ensure the best match to market.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation and makes recommendations for change to keep company practices in compliance with federal, state and local governmental agencies. For example, minimum wage and FLSA.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources Compensation or Finance.
