Support the growth of IGH by customizing existing content as well as editing standard responses to ensure alignment with overall proposal delivery strategy. Understanding IGH services as well as customer and market specific dynamics. Responding to proposal follow-up, completing ad-hoc requests and participating in project initiatives.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all audiences, resolve problems, prioritize, multi-task, and build and maintain relationships with our field organizations and subject matter experts across the country and throughout the company.
Demonstrated excellence in the principles of grammar, mechanics and spelling in written work.

Proficient with maintaining records and files of work and revisions; established stand operating procedures for the department.
BS/BA in related discipline3-5 years experience as a Proposal Writer, with a minimum of 2 years of Federal proposal writing experience.Experience managing sub-volumes to include Technical, Management, Staffing, Past Performance, and Resumes on complex bids.Experience with managing small, quick-turn bids.Experience in Administrative Support, IT, Data Management, and Business Intelligence a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products, specifically: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.Proficiency with Adobe graphic programs; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated writing experience in a dealing-driven environment.
