Description

Koniag Information Security Services is looking for a Project Manager. This will potentially be a direct, full time position with our company, working at our customer’s site in Baltimore, MD.

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage, coordinate and communicate the operator's workloads, schedules and other company issues, and provide briefings and reports to CMS management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication between CMS staff and the contract staff.
  • All moderators/operators will engage in separate team meetings with the Contractor Project Manager (PM) as needed.
  • Communicate with the moderators/operators.
  • Meet on a bi-weekly basis with SMEs to review task and action items.
  • Review any active WebEx or MS Lync / SFB reservation schedules and work with the designated CMS employee to ensure that adequate support staff is assigned to each call that requires support.
  • Responsible to ensure all operators meet the expectations for supporting audio and VTC conferences as outlined within this statement of work.
  • Ensure that all operators are thoroughly trained and proficient on the functionality of CMS WebEx, MS Lync / SFB deployment and VTC conferences.
  • Available to join moderators and operators to join CMS Staff, the SME, and CMS management to review and coordinate call schedule(s), Moderator assignments, feedback and strategies and report out to CMS management as needed.
  • Ensure the operator and moderator coverage spans the designated CMS core business hours.
  • Support corporate requests for information and reporting requirements, as necessary.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred
  • At least three years’ experience managing small to medium teams.
  • At least five years’ experience in supporting video teleconferencing systems including WEBEX or MS Lync.

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
