The HRS development team is responsible for implementing new products and features for our existing suite of HRS products (ex. Health and Benefits, Retirement, Workers Compensation, etc.) in order to meet the needs of our clients, participants, and internal operations partners. We work with a wide variety of technologies such as Oracle, Java, .Net and HTML5 as a basis for each application and work closely with product and operations to determine how to best design a solution for each business opportunity. Our agile environment consists of multiple agile teams (product owner, scrum master, analysts, software developers, and test automation engineers) working in three week sprints. Software is released on a bi-monthly release schedule, allowing for frequent releases to our customers and internal partners. What you can expect to do in this role?
