Sales Programs Coordinator  


The Sales Program Coordinator works along our Sales and Channel Operations teams; maintaining relationships with our global distribution channel, supporting the development of sales programs & processes, supporting sales initiatives and administrative needs, and providing timely responses to their requests.

What you should expect to do in this role:

  • Assist in the development of global sales programs & processes to drive sales and increase leads.
  • Assist in the management of the global support task management/ticketing system.
  • Interact and support our global sales channel to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support global distribution partners by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads.
  • Document current sales, marketing and operations processes and workflows and communicate these changes to our channel.
  • Assist in identifying improvements to our internal sales operations systems to improve channel processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for new distribution partners; assisting with onboarding and training of the Vectorworks sales process, policies, and procedures.
  • Other activities to support our global channel as needed.
Position Requirements

You would be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Experience using data to analyze and solve problems
  • Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts
  • Motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible
  • Able to successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures
