Share Email Opening Title Proposal Manager  Location Corporate Headquarter   Address 431 Park Ave., Suite 201   City Falls Church   State and Postal Code VA 22046   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Functions as lead coordinator of business development projects including proposals, qualification documents, presentations and other marketing materials Maintains proposal/project generation process Drafts, edits, and finalizes proposals, with the interaction of technical subject experts, sales people, and clients Ensures that all bid information is received in a timely manner to allow for development, review, and approval of the formal proposal Develops and improves style and format of proposals to ensure winning bids Reviews RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so that client requirements are clearly understood Creates, gathers, researches and organizes information from many sources to generate business development documents including proposals, qualifications and presentations. Must synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent BD documents Ensures that proposal is prepared within appropriate deadlines, as required Maintains up-to-date resumes and core competences of all Consultants and Sub-contractors Provides leadership in follow-up on all proposals Coordinates proposal status with Consultants and clients   Position Requirements 3-5 years proposal experience Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent from accredited university Working knowledge of the federal government contracting process Proficient in database and word processing software Good decision making and organization skills Good oral and written communications skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and comfort with flexibility in achieving duties Ability to work with several contracts simultaneously Concerned for accuracy of work performed   Number of Openings 1   EOE Statement T and T Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
