The Account Setup Coordinator is responsible for day to day interactions with customers implementing new Shift4 accounts, or making modifications to existing Shift4 accounts. They are tasked with completing the collection of merchant setup information, scheduling daily installation appointments and monitoring go live dates to ensure customers are up and processing transactions when needed. The coordinator must also work closely with the Shift4 sales teams and Installation Services technicians to ensure customer work ordered through contracts and contract addendums is completed correctly and quickly.
