About the Organization Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.(TTC) is a full-service behavioral healthcare organization that provides high quality, cost-effective substance use and mental health treatment to adults and youth. TTC operates a psychiatric hospital engaged in detox and stabilization (this is not a locked facility), residential and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment centers, adolescent drug treatment centers, and family medical clinics. All patients served are voluntary. All facilities are licensed and certified by the State of California and the County of Los Angeles. We are accredited by The Joint Commission. Patients receive a comprehensive assessment followed by a customized intensive treatment plan that centers on crisis stabilization, alcohol or drug detox, short-term therapeutic interventions, specific recovery goals and discharge planning for the next level of care. Family Medical Care is integrated into this spectrum of services.

Exciting opportunity to join our Full Service Partnership (FSP) team of case managers, clinicians, nurse, and psychiatrists to provide intensive case management for individuals with severe mental illness and often co-occurring addictive disorders. Caseload limited to 15 individuals. Knowledge of DMH paperwork preferred. Requirements include having BA/BA/BSW in social work, psychology, or social sciences; some knowledge of case management, local resources, and the ability to obtain a Class B drivers license within 90 days of hire. Job Specific Requirements  
Position Requirements

BA/BS degree in Psychology or Social Work required.
1 year prior case management and/or group facilitation experience.

Good driving record.

DMH documentation experience preferred.

Knowledge of DMH paperwork.
