Description

L’analyste de la qualité de l’eau est responsable d’effectuer des visites mensuelles dans les installations de clients établis afin de s’assurer du bon fonctionnement des équipements sur le site du client, ainsi que de travailler avec le gestionnaire du compte afin de s’assurer de l’entière satisfaction du client. Ces tâches comprennent:

Responsabilités:

  • Dépannage sur le site du client
  • Effectuer des tests de qualité de l’eau
  • Maintenir les niveaux d’inventaire des produits chimiques
  • Informer le gestionnaire du compte lorsque des mises à niveau ou des améliorations sont nécessaires

The Water Quality Analyst is responsible for visiting assigned customer sites monthly to ensure proper function of equipment at client sites as well as working with the account manager to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes:

Responsibilities:

  • On-site troubleshooting
  • Water quality testing
  • Maintaining chemical inventory levels
  • Notifying the account manager when updates or improvements are needed

Position Requirements

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme en chimie, biochimie, environnement, technologie du génie chimique ou l’équivalent
  • Expérience de travail au service à la clientèle et/ou aux ventes
  • Posséder soit un diplôme récent ou posséder jusqu’à trois années d’expérience
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide
  • Vous devez être capable de vous exprimer en français et en anglais.

Une voiture de fonction, une tablette tactile, un Smartphone et un laboratoire portatif sont fournis en plus de notre structure salariale compétitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Studies, Chemical Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • Experience working in customer service and/or sales
  • Either a recent graduate or an individual with up to three years of experience
  • Valid Driver’s licence
